Product names:
- "Želatina potravinářská" (food-grade gelatin)
- "Želatina na vaření" (cooking gelatin)
- "Neutral gelatin" or "Unflavored gelatin"
- Dr. Oetker Želatina (unflavored version)
Reading Ingredient Lists {#reading-ingredient-lists}¶

- "Želatina" (and nothing else)
- "Hovězí želatina" (beef gelatin)
- "Vepřová želatina" (pork gelatin)
- "Rybí želatina" (fish gelatin)
- "E441" (EU code for gelatin)

- "Cukr" (sugar)
- "Glukóza" (glucose)
- "Fruktóza" (fructose)

Package Conversion {#package-conversion}¶
- Czech gelatin often comes in 10g packets vs American 7g packets
- Use 3 packets (30g) instead of 4 packets (28g) - slightly more is fine

- Make stock without gelatin - will be flavorful but less rich
- Won't gel as firmly when cold, but still perfectly
